Once you upload your 3D files, the estimator evaluates the size of the object and generates an estimate using industry-standard 3D printing software. In our case, we use Bambu Studio to determine the approximate amount of filament (in kilograms) required and the average number of hours needed to complete the print. As estimates are not 100% precise, the final price is calculated based on the estimated print time, filament usage, and the current market price of the filament, while also accounting for the possibility of print failures during production.

After the estimate is complete, it is displayed on your screen. You may then request a more accurate quote, at which point we process the file directly through our printing software to generate a refined and more precise offer.

Our current shipping method is Royal Mail Second Class, which allows us to keep costs as low as possible and remain competitive within the market. Shipping costs are not included in the initial estimate, as they vary depending on the customer's location. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and included during the final step of the purchasing process.

Our payment system is securely managed through Stripe to provide a safe and seamless checkout experience. All payment emails from us will be sent exclusively from [email protected] and will include your printable file details along with the corresponding payment amount.

All prints are supplied unassembled. Due to time constraints from concurrent orders and the complexity of certain designs, we are unable to guarantee assembly to the standard each customer may expect. As a result, final assembly is left to the customer.
